On May 30, the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) updated its Emergency Powers for COVID-19 to state that all airports and seaports will remain closed to regional and international flights (both commercial and private) and seafaring vessels until July 22, 2020. The updated Emergency Powers regulations are available here: https://www.gov.tc/moh/coronavirus/regulations.
On May 22, Ministry of Health announced that the following are permitted to enter TCI by international air travel: (1) Turks and Caicos Islanders; (2) permanent residents who ordinarily reside in TCI for the majority of the year; (3) Residence Permit holder who is married to a Turks and Caicos Islander.

TCI’s Ministry of Health and Tourist Board are working with Provo Air Center and Blue Heron Aviation to facilitate departures for any non–residents, work permit holders, or temporary visitors, currently in the Islands who wish to depart. Provo Air Center is assessing interest in a shared charter flight to the United States. Please contact Provo Air Center to request more information.
